Membership on ZenSync
ZenSync is built around verified centers and practitioners. Membership is how you manage your profile, publish events, and grow your in-person community.
How membership works
General users may use this site and the benefit of finding events around the U.S. completely free of charge. Membership is only available to verified centers and practitioners. To get started, claim or create your profile through the Join the Community flow:
- If your profile already exists on ZenSync, you can claim it from the Join the Community page.
- If your city isn't listed yet, you can still contact ZenSync through the same Join the Community page and we will help you get set up.
- Once your profile is verified and live, you can upgrade to Premium anytime from inside your dashboard.
Included
Standard Membership
Standard membership is included when you claim or create your profile on ZenSync.
- Verified profile listed in your city on ZenSync.
- Add, update, and delete your regular events.
- Purchase featured events on an as-needed basis.
- Participate in the ZenSync ecosystem as your city grows and new seekers discover your work.
Upgrade inside your dashboard
Premium Membership
Premium is for centers and practitioners who want more control over their presence and deeper visibility into performance.
- Full control over profile image uploads.
- Access to a custom, extended bio on your profile.
- Extra profile fields and messaging space for visitors to learn about your offerings.
- Access to discounted pricing on featured events (à la carte).
- Analytics in your dashboard: event metrics, click-through rates, and profile visits generated from ZenSync.
- Priority positioning as ZenSync rolls out additional tools for business development.
Founding Premium Members in Each City
In every major city and surrounding area, the first 20 Premium memberships activated will receive an ongoing featured benefit for the life of their Premium membership:
- 2 featured event credits per month for that profile.
- Credits renew monthly and expire at the end of each month if unused.
- This benefit continues as long as the Premium membership stays active and in good standing.
- After using the 2 included featured events for the month, you can still purchase additional featured events at the Premium discounted rate.
Premium members who join after the first 20 in their city still receive the discounted rate on all featured events, but do not receive the monthly free featured credits.
Featured Events & Promotion
Featured events are a way to put extra spotlight on your most important offerings.
- Standard members can purchase featured events at the standard rate.
- Premium members receive a discounted rate on all à la carte featured events.
- Founding Premium members (first 20 in each city) receive 2 included featured events per month, plus the discounted rate on any additional featured events they choose to run.
How to join or upgrade
- Start by claiming or creating your profile through the Join the Community page. Standard profiles are completely free.
- Once you are verified and have access to your dashboard, you’ll see an option to upgrade to Premium.
- The upgrade flow inside your dashboard includes a shorter summary of these benefits, a link back to this page, and secure payment to activate Premium.
Premium and Standard plans may evolve as ZenSync grows. Any changes for current members will be clearly communicated in advance.
