Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZenSync (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Flowwwstate, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) At-will use and eligibility
Your use of the Service is voluntary and at your own discretion. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including to protect the Service, other users, or our rights.
2) What the Service is
ZenSync is a discovery platform that may list, surface, or link to events, practitioners, centers, venues, and related information. Unless explicitly stated, we do not organize, host, operate, supervise, or control third-party events.
3) Event listings, accuracy, and “no guarantees”
Event details (time, date, location, pricing, cancellation policies, safety requirements, accessibility, and organizer information) may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or content. You are responsible for verifying details directly with event organizers before attending.
4) Assumption of risk and safety
Attending events and traveling to/from events involves inherent risks. You understand and agree that you assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions, including (but not limited to) participation in activities, interactions with other attendees, and any travel or transportation arrangements.
5) Limitation of liability (important)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowwwstate, LLC, ZenSync, and our owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to:
- Any event listing, organizer, venue, or third-party service.
- Any incident, injury, loss, dispute, or damage occurring at an event, en route to an event, returning from an event, or related to your attendance or participation.
- Event cancellations, rescheduling, changes, errors, or omissions.
- Unauthorized access to or use of the Service.
- Any links or content provided by third parties.
If, despite the above, we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
6) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flowwwstate, LLC and its affiliates, owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your attendance at events, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
7) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including scraping in a harmful/abusive way).
- Upload or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
8) Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by Flowwwstate, LLC or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks may belong to their respective owners.
9) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
