I offer private and group Sound Healings and Yoga classes both in my studio in Batavia as well as local studios. I teach Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. My Sound Healing instruments include Gongs, Tibetan Bowls and Crystal Bowls. I am also Reiki Level 2 certified.
